Virtual YouTuber Suzuhara Lulu Retires

To the great surprise of many a weeb, Nijisanji’s Suzuhara Lulu (鈴原るる) has, with rather short notice, announced that she will be graduating on June 30th, 2021.

Suzuhara Lulu has been quite successful, reaching over 500k subscribers on YouTube since her launch back in May 2019. Her lore is that she hails from a honorable family origin, a bit of a sheltered girl, currently attending an all-girls university as a second-year student.

Update #1: The reason for Lulu’s retirement was later revealed, during her graduation stream. A translated clip can be found here.

Update #2: Since it seems pretty much common knowledge by this point: Here’s her new personal channel. Do note that this is the actual IRL person’s public YouTube channel (the physical person behind the avatar), so don’t go there if you don’t want the whole grand illusion shattered.
